Well, you can get people who like your site to follow you, if you update your site you can put out a tweet to tell them there's a new game.

So i can get you some more visitors not sure if the links count as backlinks in Google..

I still do not unerstnd all this social things like twitter, digg, facebook etc. In my opinion, it is only spend time. Better for me post news and get many traff from Reddit.
Sure, links from twitter and others have not any weight for gugol, because all they "nofollow"

I'm not into social sites like facebook and twitter, in holland we got "Hyves".
Not my thing, but some people like it, you can stay in touch with them. But i use twitter as an extra channel to show updates or some marketing form.
