V3 out.php do count the traffic when it send the visitor out. It will send the traffic to the no.1 site with the lowest target %.

I do not understand why you need to create freegames.php and redirect it to out.php. Is it to increase your pageview or alexa ranking?

Another way is to copy out.php to freegames.php

I just wondering about different urls on banners. If visitor will see same urls on the different banners, he don't click more.
